Blend in or stand out? You can make your fence and landscaping a feature or camouflage them with the colours and finishes you choose. Dark colours, wood stains and lower sheen finishes will help them recede. Bright colours and gloss finishes will help draw attention to them and make them a feature. If you’re choosing a darker colour, consider using a Resene CoolColour finish to help reflect more heat.
